I am Rafa Almeida aka Pena, a creative and senior art director, currently based in São Paulo. I began my career in marketing, but quickly discovered my true passion: creativity. Over the past 12 years, I have navigated through independent agencies and major players such as Tribal, AlmapBBDO, AfricaDDB, and Soko.
My creative approach is shaped by a deep understanding of the digital landscape, trends, and data. I see these elements as strategic allies in crafting innovative narratives. I believe that creativity reaches its full potential when combined with an understanding of people and the exploration of new ways to tell stories.
Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of working with iconic brands and love brands. Currently, I dedicate my talents to Heineken,
but I have also made my mark with others such as Burger King, Vivo, Santander, Sadia, Visa, Bacardi Group, Vigor, among others.
My passion extends beyond advertising; I embrace innovation, technology, and, above all, human relationships. I understand the vital role of social media and data in building effective strategies.
I am eager to explore new creative challenges and contribute to projects that inspire and positively impact both the market and people.
